The SSO Chorale was scheduled to join us for Carmina Burana during the year of the pandemic. We are delighted to bring this audience favorite to life as our season finale. Based on 24 poems originally created by the Benedictine monks in Bavaria, the music is uproarious, intoxicating, and sublime. One of the most popular works in the repertoire, its appearance on our series always is a popular event.
