The Champion City Trio, is a dynamic vocal group made up of two pianists and a trumpet player. All three talented musicians are from Springfield, Ohio and are able to sing a wide variety of music from the 20’s to present day music. Dean Simms, trumpet extraordinaire, can sing any Louie Armstrong song and if you didn’t know it, you would think it was Satchmo himself! Par Tolliver is an amazing pianist, and his vocal range is out of this world! Annette Turner has a Bachelor’s degree in Music from Wittenberg University and sings all genres of music with her captivating tone! The three-part harmony that these musicians have is outstanding as they have sung together for over 15 years.
