The Youth Orchestras and Choir welcome everyone to join them for this wonderful evening of music.
The Springfield Symphony Orchestra will present the Springfield Youth Orchestras and Youth Choir in concert on Monday, November 21st at 7:00pm at the John Legend Theater,700 S Limestone St, Springfield, OH. This annual concert will feature the Springfield Youth Symphony, Carlos Elias, conductor, the Springfield Youth Chamber Orchestra under the direction of Hanna Lacey, and the Springfield Youth String Ensemble, directed by Lydia Stout. The concert will also feature the Springfield Youth Choir, David Kravets director. The concert is open to the public and free of charge, with a pass-the-hat opportunity to support the youth during the performances.
The Springfield Youth Orchestras and Choir feature young musicians from schools and home schools in an eight-county area. The Springfield Youth Symphony is one of the few opportunities in Clark County for students to perform in a full orchestra setting.
